Key tenants include Jula, Power, Indre Østfold Kulturskole and Europris, with a total WAULT of ~5.2 years including all lease contracts. Askim has become the municipal centre and largest town in the newly merged Indre Østfold municipality. The key tenants in Askim Retail Park have limited competition in the region and is a natural alternative within less than a 30 minutes drive.
