Debt financing of Askim Retail Park

Pareto Eiendomskreditt (PEK) has successfully refinanced the existing bond related to Askim Retail Park.

Pareto Alternative Investments (PAI), through Pareto Eiendomskreditt, has provided NOK 333m in debt financing to the mixed use property Askim Retail Park (Henstad Allé 1-3) in Indre Østfold municipality. Key tenants include Jula, Power, Indre Østfold Kulturskole and Europris, with a total WAULT of ~5.2 years including all lease contracts. Askim has become the municipal centre and largest town in the newly merged Indre Østfold municipality. The key tenants in Askim Retail Park have limited competition in the region and is a natural alternative within less than a 30 minutes drive.

Pareto Solar Fund establishes Norway’s largest solar power plant

Debt financing of Adven Group Oy

Pareto Alternative Investments AS, on behalf of institutional investors, has participated in a multi-currency c. EUR 675 million (equivalent) infrastructure debt financing of Adven Group Oy, an energy infrastructure provider in the Nordics and Baltics.
