Debt financing of Fyrstikkalléen 3

Pareto Eiendomskreditt (PEK) has provided debt financing for the acquisition of Fyrstikkalléen 3 centrally located at Helsfyr in Oslo.

Pareto Alternative Investments (PAI), through Pareto Eiendomskreditt (PEK), has provided NOK 320m in debt financing for the property Fyrstikkalléen 3 located at Helsfyr in Oslo. Helsfyr is a well-established office area with many well-known public and private tenants, and with close proximity to public transportation and E6. The property is currently undergoing an extensive upgrade to a total estimated value of NOK ~100m, which includes a structural rehabilitation of the building and a general upgrade of the parking areas at the lower ground floors U2 and U3.  Key tenants include Oslo Kommune v/ Utdanningsetaten, Statens Vegvesen and Norengros, with a total WAULT of 8.6 years.

Pareto Solar Fund establishes Norway’s largest solar power plant

Pareto Alternative Investments AS, on behalf of institutional investors, has participated in a multi-currency c. EUR 675 million (equivalent) infrastructure debt financing of Adven Group Oy, an energy infrastructure provider in the Nordics and Baltics.
