Debt financing of Vestre Svanhomen 1

Pareto Eiendomskreditt (PEK), has provided debt financing for the acquisition of Vestre Svanholmen 1 located at Forus in Sandnes municipality.

Pareto Alternative Investments (PAI), through Pareto Eiendomskreditt (PEK), has provided NOK 358m in debt financing for the property Vestre Svanholmen 1 centrally located at Forus in Sandnes municipality. Vestre Svanholmen 1 is a modern and flexible office building that was completed in 2011 and significantly refurbished in 2019/2020. Im 2019, The property was chosen as the headquarters for Vår Energi AS – the third largest player on the NCS.  Vår Energi AS has signed a 15-year lease contract for the total lettable area of 32 461 sqm distributed across five floors.

Pareto Solar Fund establishes Norway’s largest solar power plant

Pareto Solar Fund AS (“PSF”), managed by Pareto Alternative Investments AS, is set to establish Norway’s largest solar power plant, with a total installed capacity of over 7,500 kWp. Pareto Alternative Investments AS, on behalf of institutional investors, has participated in a multi-currency c. EUR 675 million (equivalent) infrastructure debt financing of Adven Group Oy, an energy infrastructure provider in the Nordics and Baltics.
