New lease contracts in PEF

Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap (PEF) has signed two new lease contracts

Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap has newly signed two new lease contracts in the underlying projects Gneisveien 32 and Bonntjennsvegen 9, located north of Oslo at Berger and Gardermoen respectively. CBK Distribusjon AS has signed a lease contract for the property Gneisveien 32, constituting of around 3.700 sqm. warehousing, accompanied by a smaller office section. SG finans, a company which is pending an acquisition by Nordea, has entered into a lease contract for the property Bonntjennsvegn 9, constituting of a warehouse/industrial building measuring around 1.000 sqm. with an outside storage facility measuring approximately 5.000 sqm.

Pareto Solar Fund establishes Norway’s largest solar power plant

Debt financing of Adven Group Oy

Pareto Alternative Investments AS, on behalf of institutional investors, has participated in a multi-currency c. EUR 675 million (equivalent) infrastructure debt financing of Adven Group Oy, an energy infrastructure provider in the Nordics and Baltics.
