New lease contracts in PEF II

Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap II (PEF II) has signed new lease contracts in Hoffsveien 70 C

Near Smestaddammen lays Hoffsveien 70 C which is an office building designed by Niels Torp architects. In 2019 the overall WAULT was approx. 1 year, and it has since then been renegotiated and signed new leases. After a renovation in the first and third floor, AniCura Animal Hospital moved in in June 2020. AniCura is an animal hospital which is open 24h seven days a week. AniCura offers treatment in eye, tooth, surgery, heart / cardiology, internal medicine,cancer, acute medicine and skin and allergies. The hospital is one of the most modern and largest animal hospitals (approx. 3.000 sqm) in the country. Furthermore, all existing tenants (GasSecure, Texas Instruments Norway and Thales Dis Norway/ Gemlato) have also extended their leases. As of now Hoffsveien 70 C has a WAULT of approx. 10 years.

Pareto Solar Fund establishes Norway’s largest solar power plant

Pareto Solar Fund AS (“PSF”), managed by Pareto Alternative Investments AS, is set to establish Norway’s largest solar power plant, with a total installed capacity of over 7,500 kWp. This state-of-the-art facility will generate more than 6 million kWh of renewable energy annually, equivalent to the consumption of approximately 375 Norwegian households. The solar power plant will be installed on one of Norway's largest and most complex logistics properties, under development by Logistic Contractor Norge AS ("LC) and owned by Niam AS, supplying clean energy to the tenant, Ahlsell Norge AS, and contributing to a more sustainable energy future.
