The sellers are Stiftsstaden, RELOG, and Ferd Eiendom. The property comprises four warehouse and industrial buildings with a combined area of 27,000 m² (BTA), situated on a 100,000 m² site. Current tenants include Alliance Healthcare, Norva24, KSB, and First Audio.
The property has a development potential of approximately 20,000 m² within the existing zoning, which PAI views as a significant opportunity to further grow the asset in line with market demand.
