PEF acquires logistics property at Kløfta

Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap AS acquires logistics property at Kløfta from Oslo Pensjonsforsikring AS

Pareto Alternative Investments AS has on behalf of Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap AS (“PEF”) acquired Dyrskueveien 13 at Ullensaker from Oslo Pensjonsforsikring AS. The property is located next to European Highway 6 (E6), one of the main transportation corridors for domestic logistics and connection from Norway to the rest of Europe.

- We are very pleased with the purchase of Dyrskueveien 13, a value-add asset with a strategic location and potential for further development of an additional 5.000 sqm. The property fits very well into the fund’s existing portfolio and is in line with our strategy, says Jonathan Barfod, Investment Director at Pareto Alternative Investments.

Dyrskueveien 13 measures 14,614 sqm BTA divided into storage, production facility and an office wing. The building was completed in 2001 and expanded in 2009 and 2016. The location makes Dyrskueveien 13 very attractive to companies looking forwarehousing in the Greater Oslo region. The building is leased to leading players in the health and pharmaceutical industry; PHARMAQ AS, part of Zoetis and OneMed Services AS.

Haavind acted as legal advisor to Pareto Alternative Investments in connection with the acquisition of Dyrskueveien 13. DLA Piper Norway acted as legal advisor and Malling & Co Corporate Real Estate acted as financial advisor to Oslo Pensjonsforsikring in the divestment of the property.

PEF Acquires Logistics Property in Lillestrøm
