PEF acquires remaining share in the development project located at Toveien 41

Through a joint venture, Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap (PEF) and Anthon Eiendom AS have collaborated on the development of two modern logistics properties, Toveien 41-43 and 45-49, in Vestby Næringspark. PEF has now aquired Anthon Eiendom's 50 % stake in the joint venture containing the new logistics properties and gets 100 % ownership.

Anthon Eiendom and PEF engaged in a collaborative effort, operating as a 50/50 joint venture, for the development of two state-of-the-art logistics buildings, specifically Toveien 41-43 and 45-49, encompassing a total of 49,200 square meters BTA within Vestby Næringspark. Veidekke Logistikkbygg assumed the comprehensive contract for the construction of both structures, with the project reaching completion in the latter half of 2023. These warehouses, inclusive of associated offices, have been fully leased to entities such as Tools, Farmasiet, Autocirc, and Pluss+, among others.

Upon the project's fulfillment, it was mutually decided that Anthon Eiendom would divest its interest in the completed properties to PEF. The specific purchase price remains undisclosed.

The official transfer of ownership transpired on December 1, 2023.
