PEF II acquires property in Bergen - Fantoftparken

Pareto Alternative Investments AS has on behalf of Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap II AS (“PEF II”) acquired Fantoftvegen 2 in Bergen.

The property is located at Fantoftparken outside Bergen. Fantoftparken is in close proximity to public transport, only 2 minutes’ walk from Bybanen. Fantoftvegen 2 measures 6 500 sqm BTA divided in four floors, the largest tenants include Veidekke Entreprenør, Aragon and Kinect Energy AS the overall WAULT is 8 years.

The property is designed as a modern, robust and flexible office building for the future, with a high degree of sustainability. The whole building is built with Superwood and the roof is covered with solar panels that will charge the battery bank installed in the basement.  In order to reduce energy for cold air ventilation, rainwater is collected, purified, and stored under the building and used for cooling the air. The building is packed with smart functions that provide a good indoor climate and economic benefits. The property is built to achieve the BREEAM certification's highest grade - BREEAM NOR Outstanding. The property is extremely energy efficient, which will contribute to lower the energy costs for the tenants.
