Across more than 300 sites in Sweden, Norway and Poland, Solør delivers approximately 3.3 TWh of energy annually to more than 900,000 end users. With c. 1,800 MW of installed heat capacity and more than 95% sustainable fuels, Solør plays an important role in supplying reliable heat to homes and industry while supporting the energy transition.
The transaction illustrates the strong fit between long-term institutional capital and the financing needs of Nordic infrastructure companies. The investment is also well aligned with PAI’s strategy of providing private infrastructure credit to high-quality Nordic businesses with long-term and resilient cash flow derived from owning and operating assets compatible with a lower-carbon future.
