Pareto Alternative Investments AS ("PAI") has entered into an agreement with Episurf Medical for the financing of the communicated acquisitions of the property portfolio comprising 45 properties from Fastighetsaktiebolaget Lilium and the property portfolio comprising four properties from Setune Assets AB. The financing is provided through PAI's Nordic private debt fund, Pareto Real Estate Credit Fund.
